3.1 We provide driving instruction services, including but not limited to: practical driving lessons, theory test preparation, and mock tests.

4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be aged 17 or older (16 or over if on PIP)
4.2 Hold a driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence)
4.3 It is your responsibility to provide your instructor with proof that you have a valid licence to drive before the commencement of your first driving lesson. If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for such driving lesson.
5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
5.1 Booking: You must follow the booking procedure on the Website or by phone as applicable. All bookings are subject to availability.
5.2 Payment: Payment terms will be as set out on the Website. We may require payment in advance or at the time of service.
5.3 Cancellation: You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to your instructor if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.
6. User Obligations & Conduct
6.1 You agree to behave safely, honestly, and in a reasonable manner during driving lessons.
6.2 You must follow all instructions from your instructor. You must comply with all laws, driving regulations, and safety requirements.
6.3 You must provide correct information for bookings, and notify us of any changes (e.g. license status, health or medical conditions) that might affect safety or legality of instruction.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials etc.) is owned by NJ Driving School or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display or otherwise use any of our intellectual property except as permitted in writing by us or as strictly required to use the services you have booked.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, and your rights regarding that data.
